Snippy Snip is published by DB Ventures, and these terms are an agreement between you and DB Ventures. Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record — it is the seller shown on your receipt and it handles payment and any sales tax that applies to you.
Snippy Snip is licensed, not sold. The free tier may be used indefinitely for personal and commercial purposes. A Pro license is a one-time purchase that permits activation on up to three Macs you own or control. An Organization license is a one-time purchase covering unlimited seats within one organization, tied to that organization's email domain. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the app or license keys.
Pro licenses include every app update, minor and major, forever. There is no update window, no renewal, and no paid major version. The one carve-out, stated plainly: Snippy Snip runs entirely on your Mac and always will, so if we ever build something genuinely new that carries a real per-use cost to run (a cloud service, say), it would be its own optional product — never a gate on this app or its updates.
If Snippy Snip isn't for you, request a refund within 30 days of purchase — no questions asked, one email to [email protected].
You are responsible for what you capture and record. Respect the privacy, copyright, and consent of others, and comply with the laws that apply to you.
Snippy Snip is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the app or this site is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
